The Influences of Ultrasonic Vibrations on Laser Cladding Ni60/WC-TiO2+La2O3 Composite Coating

The optimal process parameters of ultrasonic-assisted processing were studied to further improve the molding quality and mechanical properties Ni60/WC-TiO2+La2O3 composite coating. A single-factor experiment was used explore influences ultrasonic vibration frequencies on microstructure, elemental composition, phase hardness, wear resistance coating using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), an X-ray diffractometer (XRD), energy spectrometer, a microhardness meter, friction tester, other equipment. Ultrasonic vibrations significantly improved problems pores in coating, porosity reduced from 0.13 0.014%. When frequency 32 kHz experiment, aspect ratio optimized 2.06 2.48, dilution rate increased 5.60 5.79%, hardness 960.25 988.45 HZ1.0, coefficient 0.34 0.27. performance improved, research results provide reference for preparing excellent Ni60/WC-TiC+La2O3
